Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns they may have.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.

- Meet daily and monthly call targets to contribute to the organization's sales goals.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets and objectives.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
