R&D Team lead

Your role and responsibilities

You will be working as Associate Tech Specialist at Global grade 13 and you will be reporting to R&D Team Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific productrelated issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LIOnsite, #LIHybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area for Drive products Division based in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.
Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in Windows Application Development using Microsoft Technologies having experience in C# dot Net, OOPS, XML, LINQ.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), MVVM, Windows Application Development, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) You have 712 years of experience.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Understanding of Power Electronics device, Drives & software tools to configure them. Knowledge in configuring & setup of power electronic device through PC Tools.
  • Degree in B.E / BTech/ME/MTech Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation.
  • You are at ease communicating in English to interface with stakeholders across world.
