Are you a seasoned professional in the life insurance industry in the Agency channel with a passion for training and development? We are seeking a skilled Life Insurance Trainer with over 5 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive training sessions on life insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Developing engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to new and existing insurance agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Evaluating training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in the life insurance industry with a strong understanding of sales and training methodologies.
Experience working as a Trainer in any channel - AAP/APC/Agency/Banca in the Life Insurance Industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
