Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Craft business strategies that resonate with our mission, paving the way for substantial growth and market dominance.

- Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless daily operations, optimizing efficiency, service quality, and resource utilization to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

- Sales and Growth: Innovate sales strategies to drive revenue, elevate customer satisfaction, and maximize store profitability. Extend our brand's footprint within and beyond Jaipur's borders.

- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within our dynamic team, nurturing high-performance individuals to achieve collective success.

- Innovation: Lead the charge in embracing novel retail formats and expansion initiatives to accelerate our trajectory towards success.

- Franchise and Partnership Development: Manage and scale our franchise operations, preserving brand integrity while maximizing capital efficiency.

- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market dynamics and consumer trends, adapting our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Financial Management: Exercise prudent fiscal stewardship, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to safeguard our business's profitability.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; a Master's degree is advantageous.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in jewellery retail, focusing on business development and operational management.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with finesse and efficacy.

- Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce, franchise management, and multi-location retail operations.

- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills are imperative.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
