About the role:

  • To operate as a Analyst in the trade clearing team supporting FIS CD and Clearvision project implementations for the Tier1 and other hosted customers
  • To work on critical change projects ( Exchange mandatory, Strategic product migration, Continuous improvement, Regulatory driven) for the Tier1 and other hosted customers.
  • Collaboration with upstream teams, operations, exchange, change team for testing the front to back initiatives
  • Collaborate with  the team to do FIS CD and Clearvision releases
  • Face off the customer for requirement gathering, design strategy implementation for critical projects
  • Provide L3 support

What you will be doing:

  • Work with clients and operations teams to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
  • Clearly articulates and document business requirements and translate it into functional specifications.
  • Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers and other team members to design solutions.
  • Assesses risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
  • Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support development and testing of project deliverables and validation of quality assurance.
  • Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
  • Participates in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; document test cases and results.

What you will need:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 -8 years professional experience and proven delivery track record of working as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with senior management face-offs..
  • Looking for strong understanding about Capital Market
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats to different levels of seniority internally, external individuals, organizations and agencies.
  • Fostering an open environment with constructive problem-solving and proactive issue and risk management.
  • Strong client presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork working effectively with global teams.
  • High level understanding of common technology platforms used in derivatives clearing.
  • Strong time management with the ability to multitask and be flexible with schedule as demand dictates.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options to arrive at preferred solution.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
