Job description and key responsibilities We are looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Analyst as an additional member of the finance team to support continued growth of the business. The Financial Reporting Analyst (who could be based in either London or Pune) will report into the Group FC and will work closely with the CFO and other members of the finance team (based in London), as well as other senior people across the company. Key responsibilities of the role will include:  Drafting of IFRS 15 revenue accounting memos for new contract wins and other ad-hoc memos as required;  Updating revenue reconciliations for all key customers on a rolling basis and ensuring accounting judgements made are correct;  Ensure we adhere to the latest technical standards;  Assisting with production of the management accounts each month;  Completion of VAT returns for all entities;  Monitor time spent in overseas territories for tax purposes;  Helping with the management of overseas entities (India, Bulgaria, US).  Improving controls and processes, using automation where possible;  Helping to ensure that all reporting deadlines are met, financial statements produced are compliant and a clean audit opinion is achieved;  Assisting with other ad hoc work as required, which will include some Company Secretarial tasks and tax queries Requirements  Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar) with 1-2 years post-qualified experience.  Good attention to detail.  IFRS experience and technically competent.  Strong Excel skills with a track record of improving controls and processes.  Experience of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, building successful working relationships with key stakeholders.  Ability to think commercially and add value.  Experience in a similar role is preferrable but not essential.
