We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who does design strategy, UX research, user interviews, facilitates workshops and helps build cohesive experience that aids the users. Someone with the ability to present concepts and ideas to the product team in a clear and convincing manner.

We are looking for: Senior Power Apps Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Deliver development and maintenance of custom applications in Power Platform/Microsoft 365.

  • Manage external service providers in offshore and onshore locations by reviewing solution designs, estimates, SLA adherence, and delivery of work as per contract. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle and related operations.

  • Streamline and optimize processes.

  • Track status using automated tools that we build in-house using Microsoft Power Platform, enabling us to be agile and proactive.

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Application, and Infrastructure units to organize guidance on governance, features, and licensing of Power Platform and Mendix.

  • Foster and promote a collaborative mindset and encourage developers to adopt beneficial leading-edge technologies and solutions.

  • Conflict management.

  • Understand the needs of our business and IT to start optimizing/automating with the implementation of different use cases.

  • Possess a strong consultancy mindset, with a willingness to solve challenges, master the unknown, always offer a next step, and demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ownership culture.

  • Have technical understanding and a high interest in diving deeper into the M365 ecosystem, especially in Power Platform-related services.

  • Possess good knowledge of the M365 architecture; API Integrations & Cybersecurity know-how is highly advantageous.

  • Have experience in provider management, including the ability to lead offshore & onshore teams in virtual environments.

  • Have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT applications.

  • Have working experience with different software development methods and agile approaches/methodologies.

  • Possess knowledge and experience of low code/no code tools.

  • Have basic competencies in handling Azure modules.

  • Demonstrate passion for technology and execution strengths.
