Seeking a Senior Power Apps and Automate Developer with a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform along with SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up Power Platform governance, managing security, and licenses. They should also have experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and the M365 apps suite, and be adept at automating processes and improving workflows.
Responsibilities:
Estimating Work Content and Achieving Planned Timelines: Accurately assess project scope, develop project plans, and meet deadlines effectively.
Multi-tasking Effectively Between Projects: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
Development Skills: Demonstrate extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Proficiency in SPFX, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, CSS, HTML, Visual basic, and PowerShell is also required.
User Needs Analysis: Proactively understand user requirements and develop solutions to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.
Workflow Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to user workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and M365 apps suite. Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and licenses.
Development Experience: 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, with substantial exposure to various projects and challenges.
Certifications: Relevant Power Platform certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-200) are required.
Soft Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication, diligence, adaptability, teamwork, innovation, and creativity. Professional, reliable, friendly, patient, and proactive demeanor.
Learning and Adaptability: Open to learning additional apps and tools outside of the Microsoft platform.
KPIs:
Speed and Quality of Project Delivery: Efficiency and effectiveness in completing projects.
User Satisfaction: Feedback from users regarding the solutions provided.
Adherence to Project Deadlines: Timeliness in meeting project milestones.
User Adoption Rate: Effectiveness in ensuring users adopt and utilize new solutions.
Problem Resolution Time: Speed in addressing and resolving issues.
