Job Description Summary:

Our company is seeking a Growth Marketing Head who is entrepreneurial, data-focused, and hands-on across all areas of the marketing function. Growth Marketing Head who is passionate about business development, growth and has a sound understanding of the customer experience cycle, i.e. customer acquisition, customer conversion, customer retention and customer lifetime value.

1. Required Experience

- Total experience (Year wise) : 6 to 8 Years

- Experience Work wise in capacity of : Growth Marketing

- Preferred Industry/ Company : Publishing/Product Technology , Any industry

2. Key Job Responsibilities:

As a Growth Marketing Head at our company, you will:

- Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn

- Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel

- Find opportunities to grow customer acquisition rapidly

- RoI-driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert

- Strategize on how to optimize pricing tiers for growth

- Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity

- Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures and provide insights on future strategies

- Creating value propositions and actionable messages. We need someone creative who can adapt value propositions to the marketing language and the user's needs through different platforms

- Identify best-fit customers by segments and verticals using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads

- Stay on top of industry trends, technologies and new features in online advertising

3. Essential Skills required :

Our ideal Growth Marketing Head will have the following:

- A positive 'can-do' attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver

- An RoI-driven Direct Response marketing strategy

- A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience

- A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rates
