Corporate IT eLearning Developer Co-op Student

The IT LMS team plays a pivotal role in delivering training to all ATS employees according to their needs and adhering to the laws and regulations. As part of the LMS Team, and under the guidance of the eLearning Specialist, the co-op student will design, develop and deploy e-learning courses that support business objectives.
Qualifications- Enrolled in a university program majoring in English, Mass Communication, Instructional Design or a related study program.
- Proficiency in eLearning and other online content authoring tools is preferred (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, TT-S, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, Jira Confluence)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design concepts and principles is an asset
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their training requirements
- Maintain, enhance, and rebrand existing eLearning courses
- Utilize various authoring and instructional design tools to design and create interactive visually appealing online courses, videos, quizzes, and simulations that align with ATS organizational goals and objectives.
- Upload content to the SuccessFactors LMS and assign to the appropriate audiences manually or automatically
- Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyze course compliance
- Conduct thorough testing of eLearning modules to ensure functionality, accessibility, and compatibility
- Collaborate with the eLearning Specialist to ensure that vendor supplied courses meet organizational training goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet or surpass project goals and deadlines.
- Document LMS Team processes and procedures and identify and promote opportunities for improvement
- Identify and resolve support tickets related to authoring tools, LMS issues or course issues
