Multimedia Skills : Ability to incorporate multimedia elements effectively to enhance learning experiences Technical Aptitude : Strong technical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies Instructional Design Knowledge : Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in eLearning development This role is a hybrid role, allowing for a flexible working environment.
