- As a HRBP for Technology Team & Talent Acquistion Specialist, serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop and implement HR strategies that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
- This role requires a combination of HR expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the Talent Acquistion and for the Technology Org as HRBP.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices within the TA to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the CoE's area of expertise, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the CoE.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the CoE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies
- 5 Days/Working Week with Alternate Sats off ( Second & Fourth Sats off) ; Office Location : Turbhe
Desired Experience & Qualifications :
- MBA in HR / master's degree in HR &IR with Extensive HR experience with a focus on the Talent Acquistion space and HR Business Partnering.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
