Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Growth Hacker with a proven track record of driving rapid business growth through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. As a Growth Hacker at our company, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform small businesses, using your creativity and analytical prowess to unlock new growth opportunities and scale our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to significantly increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our diverse range of small business clients.

- Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to identify, test, and optimize growth channels and tactics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data science, to design and implement growth initiatives.

- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to understand customer behavior and refine growth strategies.

- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest growth hacking trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience across all channels especially Google & FB in growth hacking, digital marketing, with a track record of achieving significant business growth.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative growth ideas and strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
