Key Responsibilities:


Manage a portfolio of accounts and establish long-term client partnerships.

Develop new sales opportunities and expand existing client networks.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their individual needs.

Generate new business through effective networking and relationship building.

Resolve client conflicts and provide timely solutions.

Supervise account representatives to enhance sales performance.

Set and monitor sales account targets aligned with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:


Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Business Development Executive.

Any UG Qualification.

Hands-on experience in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong business acumen with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Must have a two-wheeler for client visits and new client acquisition.
