Benefit Program Management and Design â this position will be responsible for designing or assessing the design of benefit and wellbeing programs that align with Adobeâs Global Benefits & Wellbeing Strategy, market practice, and compliance requirements. This includes conducting need analysis, benchmarking, developing design proposals and cost impact analysis, and reviewing proposals with internal stakeholders to receive input and feedback on recommendations, including the taxability of proposed benefit programs.
Implementation â this position will be responsible for all implementation activities of approved benefits and wellbeing programs, including selection and setup of benefit providers, creating project plans, assembling resources, and developing and documenting processes and policies through the stabilization period to ensure a smooth transition to plan administration teams.
Benefits communication and activations: Design and implement thoughtful, engaging communication strategies for the introduction and ongoing awareness of existing benefits and wellbeing programs. This would include onsite benefits and wellbeing events and activations
Governance and Compliance â ensure programs align with Adobeâs benefits philosophy and meet local regulatory requirements. This also includes monitoring costs, financial impact, future funding requirements, the competitiveness of the package, and ensuring adherence with regulatory, legal, and best practice approaches.
Vendor Management â manage vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance in the region.
Consulting â as a trusted advisor to the EX (ERC, BPs) and Rewards teams to provide consultative support and data-driven insights on benefit initiatives.

What you need to succeed
7+ Years of relevant experience (Masterâs degree preferred in Human Resources) in Benefits/ C&B field
Solid experience in working within employee benefits and wellbeing programs
Experience in implementing engaging communication, and events for benefits awareness is desirable
An established connection with rewards professionals in the industry is desirable
Experience with large-scale multi-country employee benefits program development and delivery
Ability to influence business leaders. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous phases of expansion project development
