In this role, you will:

Manage a team responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirementsOversee the Front Line's execution and challenges appropriately on compliance related decisionsManage an aspect of the companywide compliance program for a business group or functional area with moderate risk and complexity, or oversee and monitor specific elements of the enterprise compliance programProvide compliance risk and regulatory subject matter expertise for a defined set of moderate risk compliance program elementsProvide compliance risk and regulatory expertise for compliance program elementsRecommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentManage coordination and communication with leadership regarding compliance risksImplement strategic initiatives with moderate risk and complexityMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage communication and collaboration with business leaders, Legal, Audit, and regulators on risk related topicsManage allocation of people and financial resources for ComplianceMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications, US:4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experienceRequired Qualifications, International:Experience in Compliance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationLeadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Direct or indirect people management experienceExperience working in the Compliance space ideally in the lending spaceReporting knowledge and experience, able to report on monitoring activities within their area as well as the ability to provide aggregate reportingAbility to analyze data and highlight trends and anomaly in dataAttention to detail, background with documenting processesRisk mindset, is able to identify and escalate risksJob Expectations:Provide leadership and day to day management of the newly established monitoring teamReview and provide feedback to senior compliance specialists and lead Compliance Officers on pre-defined monitoring activities.Define new monitoring activities alongside the US based team, document monitoring activitiesTrain, coach and mentor the monitoring team to ensure monitoring tasks are completed ion time and meet or exceed quality requirementsRecommend changes to monitoring activities to better identify, escalate and manage risk.Identify areas of automation, highlighting opportunity areas of efficienciesPosting End Date:
