Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Mode: On-site

Shift timings: 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding every last Saturday of the months is week off)

Summary: - We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager (FOM) to take complete ownership of the Accounts payable and Receivable process of Thrillophilia and manage day to day Banking transactions, vendors payout and customer Invoicing. This is an exceptional opportunity to continue your career by joining our growing Thrillophilia team in a unique Finance support role. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and keep accurate records of daily transactions including vendor payments, Customer refund and Customer Invoicing.

2. Manage the entire process of vendor settlements including bank payments, vendor reconciliations and daily checks on payout.

4. Manage the daily fund flow and utilization.

5. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operation, to understand and manage the financial impact of their activities on the company.

6. Keep track of the Vendors Invoices and GST input of vendors.

7. Track key business metrics and prepare daily reports, such as cash flow statements etc.

8. Identifying areas for cash flow surplus and implementing plans to save Interest cost.

Requirements:

1. CA with at least 2- years of relevant experience in corporations.

2. Advanced Microsoft office skills.

3. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

4. Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.

5. In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

7. Proficient in using financial management software and tools
