Required experience: Min. 4 years to Max. 6 years

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Mode: On-site

Shift timings: 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding every last Saturday of the months is week off)

Mandatory Skills: e-Commerce experience is must

Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to take complete ownership of the Accounts payable process of Thrillophilia. This is an exceptional opportunity to continue your career by joining our growing Thrillophilia team in a unique Accounts Payable role. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage a high volume of invoices with accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with finance for payment processing, including scheduling payments.

- Maintain up-to-date records of payments/Invoices.

- Assist with month-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage Vendor Reconciliation

- Ensure GST compliance and perform GST reconciliations.

- Support to tech for automation

Desired Skills:

- MBA/B com/ CA with at least 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable process in Ecommerce Industry and should have handled the team.

- E-commerce experience is Must.

- Strong working knowledge of GST/GST reconciliation.

- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office applications and Tech driven.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
