- Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing & PR for a early-stage venture capital , This VC has made some notable investments in India. Location Bangalore. 5 Days working from office. Looking people from B2b start-up / b2b Saas firm or FMCG.


- Duties & Responsibilities:. Strategy Development & deployment: Collaborate with the India and global team, to co-create and implement an effective marketing strategy


- Brand awareness: Ensure differentiating themes to raise Companys brand awareness and the profiles of the investment and non-investment team. Come up with clutter-breaking innovative ideas in order to achieve the above. Social Media: take the lead in developing and executing social media strategy. Develop and execute a regular cadence of media posts and actively monitor Companys social accounts to engage with our India portcos and support their announcements.


- Monitor Indian competitor accounts and analyze the content they are sharing and in what medium they are sharing content..


- Marketing Events: Plan and execute hosted events as well as identify external event participation. Amplify the presence of Company Global in external events. Keep news and articles pertaining to India updated on our website in a timely manner.. Content & thought leadership: Identify appropriate content themes (thematic and ad-hoc), take lead in content creation and leverage developed content across channels


- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to measure progress and continue to refine reporting to assess the effectiveness and return on investment


- Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage the PR agency to ensure successful campaign/project execution


- Efficiencies and Automation: Continuously seek opportunities for process efficiencies and automation to enhance marketing efforts.


- The role requires:. Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within a start up or from a large corporate PR team(2+ years).. An interest and keen preference for B2B marketing.


- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, virtual events (webcasts/webinars), podcasts and landing/web pages.. Experience in utilizing social media channels especially LinkedIn as part of a wider campaign.


- Experience of working with a PR agency. Innovative thinker to come up with creative ways to gain share of voice. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, whilst keeping a high attention to detail
