Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and multi-functional project management leadership with customer impact.
Preferred qualifications:Experience managing insights, analytics, client management or consulting oriented projects to drive customer success across cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder project management, and with driving business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
Experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing transformative solutions with clients.
Ability to operate analytically, to understand client needs, with a passion to create and share best practices to encourage a learning by sharing culture.

Responsibilities

Drive impact across markets, customers, and stakeholders through problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive decision making with Sales teams in enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions.
Manage frameworks and customer solutions, andhelp activate these with customers for long-term trust and value.
Provide coaching or mentorshipto the team, and act as atrusted advisor with key stakeholdersin driving critical business discipline activities.
