Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the Ecommerce channel.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to optimize overall business operations.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce, with a focus on early and growth stage.

- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of the D2C market and Ecommerce landscape.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
