Designation: Lead Strategic Consultant

Why are we looking for you

- Lead strategic consulting engagements for clients spanning different industry verticals. These often involve diagnostic assessments, roadmaps, and recommendations, assisting clients with thought leadership in planning, designing, and executing complex initiatives.

- Develop innovative strategies to improve business performance and guide clients through their digital transformation. Work on a broad range of projects involving the development of business strategy, defining business cases and operating models, project management, and roadmap development.

- Bring financial acumen to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the client's business.

- Provide thought leadership and insightful points of view when appropriate. Be a forward thinker and a big-picture visionary.

- Demonstrate the ability to craft and translate complex information, data, and strategies into captivating narratives for key stakeholders.

- Demonstrate agility in problem-solving by assessing situations rapidly and making informed decisions under time constraints.

- In this role, the right mix of technical knowledge, business skills, and consumer orientation in the market is critical to the organization.

What You Will Do

- Own the delivery of strategic projects and drive them to closure.

- Develop actionable holistic playbooks and roadmaps.

- Translate best practices and ideal states into pragmatic strategies.

- Educate clients and internal constituents on data strategy.

- Bring in general best practices and frameworks for strategic consulting.

- Plan strategies with measurable results in the short, medium, and long term.

- Demonstrate strong presentation, delivery know-how, and documentation skills.

- Partner with client leadership to drive continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate familiarity with activation and media measurement techniques.

- Work independently and multitask efficiently.

- Exhibit healthy skepticism with what-if scenarios.

- Lead the translation of insights into strategies and tactics.

- Lead internal brainstorms and client workshops.

- Participate in new business pitches.
