Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and delivering scalable web-based applications and platforms.
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript (React/Angular), Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building maintainable and scalable systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship, collaboration, and team development.
Solid understanding of business dynamics and the ability to align technical decisions with business objectives, driving value and innovation.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with property management systems is a plus.
