Job Summary: As a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions. You will lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance .NET applications.- Architect and implement software solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, and propose effective solutions.- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and technologies.- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 4+ years of professional experience in software development using the .NET framework (including .NET Core and .NET 5/6+).- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.- Proven experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
