BS Degree,MS or MBA degree preferred

Responsibility:

Manage on time and on budget delivery with planned profitability,consistently looking to improve quality and profitability2/nLead the onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment3/nResponsible for Backlog growth Existing projects Renewals/Extensions of current projects Rate Revisions4/nDrive RFPs / Proactive bids into Renewals, Extensions,Application/Project additions,Application rationalization and modernization5/nBuild senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence 6/nUnderstand the client environment,issues,and priorities7Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients taking the lead in delivery8/n Support and drive firm-wide delivery initiatives,as directed9A CRM shared measures are margin,revenue,client satisfaction, & employee retention/nCRM role-specific measures are bid vs did,renewal win rates,& client experience/n10Act as day-to-day client contact,building and managing client relationships11/nWork with the Engagement Delivery Partner to ensure the delivery organization delivers on time and on budget12/nActive in supporting the Client Partner in managing day to day activities with responsibility for specific relationships13/nA key focus of the role is to identify new and expansion opportunities on accounts 14/nAct as the link between sales and delivery on accounts but is not a billable role
