IT is seeking talented professionals to join a team to build solutions and implement vendor products for Sanctions and AML screening applications. Candidate will work closely with business users, developers and testers to implement applications to support State Streetâs Sanctions and AML screening compliance projects.   

This is a hands on technology lead position is responsible for driving the implementation of vendor applications in State Street. The candidate will work closely with the vendor IT professional services staff, State Street development managers and team leads from other State Street applications interfacing with the Screening applications.

The lead will also be responsible for identifying and building core re-useable functional components, tools, and services.

The person will also be responsible for working with the corporate architecture teams in State Street to ensure that the solution conforms with corporate architectural standards and security controls.

  • Must have minimum 8 years of experience in software development preferably in Banking or Securities Domain.
  • Ability to design/develop based on business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers and testing team.
  • Uses advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule.
  • Responsible for development work primarily related to integrating vendor application which is hosted in State Street environment.
  • Independently undertakes critical development assignments across project areas.
  • Participate in testing process â Perform in unit test case automation and execution in lower regions.
  • Prepare Technical & functional design documents.
