Overview

As a Senior Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic and improving the online visibility of our company's digital assets. You will lead a team of SEO specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to enhance our website's search engine rankings. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, stay updated on industry trends, and demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective SEO strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge SEO techniques.

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's continuous professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and development.

- Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies to align with changing search patterns and user intent.

- Oversee on-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and URL structure improvement.

- Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies, including link-building initiatives and partnerships

- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure website architecture, performance, and technical elements align with SEO best practices.

- Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, and user behaviour.

- Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and overall marketing strategies.

- Communicate SEO performance, strategies, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Who can apply:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience 4-6 years in SEO with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
