Executive assistant for CIO India ServicesResponsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminder Make travel arrangements Book Conference & Meeting room based on directions from CIO Monitor department office supplies Monitor seating for Department Coordinate admin related activities during Senior Management Visit to ISPLContributing Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Make travel arrangements
• Book Conference & Meeting room based on directions form HOD
• Monitor department office supplies
• Monitor seating for Department
• Work with Business Management team to facilitate correct tracking of HC
• Monitor mandatory/Non Mandatory compliance and other L&D related training and send out timely reminders to associates
• Track monthly timesheet for department and escalate whenever necessary
• Monitor Organizational Units for India Info sec (IT security, BCM and Cybersecurity Offshoring)
• Coordinate with various team Admin, REFOG and Others
• Coordinate admin related activities during Senior Management Visit to ISPL
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs as necessary
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
