About Businessline/Function :

GPCO (Global Payments & Cash Operations) Team is a cash management-processing center, operating from Mumbai and Chennai. The team supports a full range of payment services (Domestic and International products) across APAC & EMEA regions

Directorship / Registration Position Purpose

To provide adequate support to oeprations team of BNPP WITH THE OBJECTIVE to facilitate smooth functioning of Operations Objectives of BNPPISPL for all the sites handled

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

MIS / Reporting:

v  Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly management reports in accurate and timely manner.

v  Coordination among the different department for sharing important information

v  Ability to conduct additional research and analysis of data to gain business insights, overall trends and customer behaviours

v  Where necessary, carry out additional research based on the requirements

v  Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports

v  Ability to interpret and present the information by performing various data analysis

v  Candidate must have understanding of operational process, logical thinking

IT Support:

v  Coordination with Technical Leads, other support teams, Service providers for timely resolution of IT issues raised by OPS team

v  Understand issues from various ops team and route IT trouble tickets to the appropriate IT team and follow up until closure

v  To ensure weekly IT goverance with various support team and track action

v  Lead Interaction with various stakeholders – users, managers and IT

Complinace / Audit  / Control:

v  Ensure timely completion of audits requirements

v  Review SAP access rights and ensure alignement with skill matrix

v  Ensure Timely reporting and remediation of critical access

v  Review of control execution for the Key Controls related to payments and report all deviations in timely manner

Automation:

v  Delivering the tasks assigned within timelines, support business with innovation, and work on automation ideas to enhance the existing reporting mechanism

v  Work closely with SMEs and process owners to identify automation solution

v  Cost reduction Initiatives through value addition, automation, projects etc.

v  Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources

v  Would be working across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.

v  Will work directly with Reporting Manager to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance reporting and data management.

v  Able to resolve issue encounter in the exisiting macros

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Good to have exposure to BI & Data analytics Good overview on Statistics and its graphical representation MS Access and VBA Macro coding are added advantage Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access, etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros. Familarity with Computer applications, MS Office, Business Objects etc Familarity with Back Office Operations, Processes and systems. Knowledge on various regulations connected with Banking Operations. Operational Risk awareness Knowledge on Banking Law & Practice Product Knowledge on Cash Management Faimilar with Powerpoint

Experience and Qualifications required

Experience:   At least 3 years in MIS Reporting’s

Qualification: Bachelor Degree and /or Master Degree

 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
