Job Title: Business Development Executive

Position Overview: As a seasoned Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within IT Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to optimize client engagement and service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Skiils.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies
