Position Overview:

As a Head of BPO, a dynamic leader with a passion for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and excellence. As the driving force behind the BPO operations, you'll be instrumental in shaping our customer-centric approach and taking our services to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in BPO leadership roles with a track record of success. (10-15 years)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
