- Once the ad sale is closed, you will own day-to-day digital advertising campaign operations for noon ads including but not limited to campaign planning, campaign launch, QA and execution closure on a timely basis

- Manage and nurture a team of 5+ associates/senior associates working on campaign operations and execution.

- You will be a strong support for sales and business development function enabling smooth functioning of advertising campaign life cycle.

- An able team player in designing processes of campaign operations and bringing efficiency to meet our growth. Stakeholder management will be necessary (internal and external)

- Work closely with advertising strategy and analytics team members to surface any issues and improvement areas.

- Troubleshoot product implementation with the product and tech team and recommend ways to improve the campaign performances.

- Have experience managing ad operations either from publisher side or advertiser side.

- People management and problem solving ability will be needed (ex: ecommerce ad operation from Flipkart, Phonepe, or any retail media ads, google operations center, media agency, etc.)
