Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive initiatives that support our company's growth and culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and a seamless integration into the company.

- Lead performance management efforts, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.

- Collaborate with department heads to define key performance metrics and establish performance benchmarks.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into the company's HR strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.

- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
