Data Science - Supply Chain /Manufacture /Retail Analytics


Data Science - Manager /Sr Manager - Diversity / Female only

Skills- Gen AI / Conversational AI /Retail Analytics/Supply Chain / Healthcare Analytics/ Manufacturing/IOT/Utility Analytics

Must Have: 8+ years of experience

- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting within various industries

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and analytics to provide insights into budgeting, cost optimization, and financial forecasting

- Experience in developing demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts

- Ability to apply data science to optimize budget allocation, reduce costs, and improve financial performance, perform finance, cash payroll forecasting through AI/ML techniques.

- Good knowledge of statistics For e.g: statistical tests & distributions

- Experience in Data analysis For e.g: data cleansing, standardization and data preparation for the machine learning use cases

- Experience in machine learning frameworks and tools (For e.g. scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow,, Pytorch, MLlib)

- Advanced level programming in SQL and Python/Pyspark to guide teams

- Expertise with visualization tools For e.g: Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight etc.

Nice to have:

- Working knowledge of containerization ( e.g. AWS EKS, Kubernetes), Dockers and data pipeline orchestration (e.g. Airflow)

- Experience with model explainability and interpretability techniques

- Multi-task and manage multiple deadlines. Responsible for incorporating client/user feedback into the Product

- Ability to think through complex user scenarios and design simple yet effective user interactions

- Good Communication and presentation skills

Skill Must to Have Nice to Have:

- Healthcare Analytics statistical modeling techniques, SQL, Python, R, Tableau Payer (AND/OR) Provider

- Conversational AI Data Science, AI,NLP,NLU, Chatbot, Bot framework, (Python/Payspark/Java scripting frame work),Cloud ML, Visualizations, Containers.

- ML Eng Python, ML/Mlops (Development & Deployment),Cloud Visualizations, Containers.

- Generative AI Gen AI python Programmer & frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) , Object oriented programmers, Cloud Front end technologies, AI and ML concepts, platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

0 Supply Chain/Forecasting/Financial Analytics Advanced analytics, AI,ML Models/Frame works, SQL, Python/ Payspark, Cloud Visualizations, Containers. CICD pipeline

0 CPG Analytics Data Science(AI/ML) Cloud, Pricing & promotion, Assortment, Price Elasticity models, Sales Promo Uplift Modelling (predictive/prescriptive analytics, especially on usage of Log-Log, Log-Linear,) Visualizations, Containers.

- CCaaS CCaaS, Conversational AI ,Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure),NLP / NLU Verticals Expertise, Javascript, Multi-channel communications Data Science,ML,Programming languages (Python/Pyspark/R/SQL),Visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/ Quicksight) ,CCaaS platforms (NiceCX/Genesys/ Cisco)
