Who we are looking for:

The purpose of the role is to support the platform modernization project in client reporting and to ensure the smooth transition of reporting systems into the new systems. Knowledge of Client reporting, Performance, Trade, Reconciliation will be a plus for this role. Understanding of Client reporting systems and its upstream and downstream is required. Candidate having analytical mindset and experience in process automation initiatives will be a good fit for this role

What you will be responsible for

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls.
  • Support the platform modernization project to ensure the smooth completion and transition of reporting systems.
  • Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
  • Ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicates effectively with client when necessary.
  • Ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are kept
    • Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up on administrative details within the department
    • Oversee the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
    • Assist with workflow management and technology enhancement, make suggestions to streamline operations
    • Providing support to ensure the smooth completion of any new transition for the team and department
    • Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 Years of experience
  • Solid business knowledge as it relates to the financial services industry/ Asset Management industry
  • Well versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
  • Knowledge of Client reporting, Performance, Trade , Reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Performance analysis and Attribution is a good to have
  • Candidate with analytical mindset and experience in process automation initiatives will be a plus.
