Who we are looking for:
The purpose of the role is to support the platform modernization project in client reporting and to ensure the smooth transition of reporting systems into the new systems. Knowledge of Client reporting, Performance, Trade , Reconciliation will be a plus for this role. Understanding of Client reporting systems and its upstream and downstream is required. Candidate having analytical mindset and experience in process automation initiatives will be a good fit for this role

What you will be responsible for
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls.
- Support the platform modernization project to ensure the smooth completion and transition of reporting systems  .
- Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
- Ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicates .effectively with client when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are kept
- Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up on administrative details within the department
- Oversee the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with workflow management and technology enhancement, make suggestions to streamline operations
- Providing support to ensure the smooth completion of any new transition for the team and department
- Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies
Skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must possess strong communication skills with ability to participate in or lead conference calls and present financial results to financial and non-financial audiences at various levels of seniority
- Pride of ownership with the ability to drive results within the Business
- Must possess strong understanding on ESG reporting [PLSA, SFDR, TCFD]
- Solid business knowledge as it relates to the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), advanced levels of excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
- Knowledge of Client reporting, Performance, Trade , Reconciliation .Â
- Financial product and institution knowledge
- This is a visible role. Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills, and ability to present complex operational matters to management

- Ability to analyze and summarize complex operational matters and their impact to the firm .
