ANTARA SYNTHETIC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products and services.

- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries promptly.

- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.

- Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

- Build rapport with customers and establish long-lasting relationships.

- Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team goals.

- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

- Minimum education level: 10th Standard / SSLC.

- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
