About the Role:
As a Lead KAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand success across various ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and more. With a focus on team leadership and profit management, you'll be responsible for overseeing a PnL scale of over 200 crores. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your proven expertise in brand launch and ecommerce strategy to the forefront, while leading a team and building lasting relationships with key ecommerce partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the profit and loss (PnL) for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces, managing secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility, and operations.
- Create and execute effective Ecommerce strategies to drive brand growth and visibility.
- Lead a team of 5+ Business Managers/KAMs, fostering long-term relationships with Ecommerce channels and collaboratively driving joint business plans.
- Champion the customer experience for brands across all online channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging interaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7-14 years of relevant work experience in brand management within the Ecommerce domain, specifically in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
- Strong understanding of category management for online marketplaces.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and building brands on various ecommerce platforms.
