The team you will be joining is the CAOâs Business Risk Managementâs Policy Governorâs group in the first line of defense providing oversight, control execution and business unit escalation for a variety of centrally managed programs.  This position will be a valued partner to the business to assist the organization with executing the efforts set forth by the Policies and Standards. What you will be responsible for

  • Execute controls relating to program oversight

  • Manage central mailbox queries and escalate as required

  • Maintain ongoing record keeping providing Compliance,  Audit, and the Regulators with evidence of Compliance with the Policies and Standards

  • Participate in the update of Policies and Standards

  • Prepare quarterly reviews

  • Coordinate and gather key metrics required for Sr. Management reporting

  • Coordinate, lead and prepare data for monthly business unit meetings

  • Create and maintain business unit supporting documentation

  • Prepare and disseminate business unit reporting

  • Proactively handle issues, risks and escalations

  • Maintain SharePoint sites for associated programs

Education and Preferred Qualifications

  • Overall experience of 8+ years in financial industry, with preferably 4 years of experience in Risk Management or Business Office roles

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, detailed and deadline-oriented environment and be a quick learner

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving and prioritization of tasks

  • Willingness to take initiative

  • Work both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Able to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Strong interpersonal skills;  excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively challenge and influence

  • Flexible to adopt situation-based decisions, should be goal oriented thinker, with ability to identify creative ideas & solutions

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools  

  • SharePoint design skills are desired

  • Bachelorâs degree required
