Finance Video Producer

Responsibilities:Develop high-quality content in multiple formats—articles, scripts, videos, reels, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts.Produce educational content related to personal finance, wealth management, investments, insurance, loans, and financial planning.Work with the Marketing, Research, and Advisory teams to identify trending financial topics and create timely, relevant content.Create scripts and storyboards for explainer videos, product explainers, campaigns, and expert interviews.Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to ensure strong visual and storytelling quality.Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline—pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production.Ensure all published content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company’s financial philosophy.Publish and optimize content across platforms—LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and email campaigns.Monitor content performance, analytics, and engagement to refine strategies.Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.Support the development of content for training, workshops, and internal communication when required.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldStrong understanding of personal finance, markets, investment products, and financial planning conceptsProven experience in content creation, scriptwriting, and video productionExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsProficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand contentStrong sense of design, visuals, and social media trends
