What You will Own and Deliver


1. Operational Excellence

  • Master Inventory Management: Optimize order management, stock movement, shrinkage control, and returns to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze stock and sales reports to address under/over stocks and capitalize on trends, new ranges, and seasonal lines.
  • Strategic Expansion: Identify new store locations and craft strategies for territory growth while keeping an eye on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Visual Merchandising & SOP Adherence: Ensure every store reflects the BIBA brand, from VM implementation to operational SOPs.


2. People Leadership

  • Develop Talent: Hire, train, and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Team Growth: Guide Area Managers and Store Managers with performance management, training, and career development interventions.
  • Engage & Inspire: Maintain regular connections with staff, ensuring welfare activities and timely grievance resolutions.


3. Financial Acumen

  • Budget Savvy: Maintain cost control within approved budgets (AOP) while driving profitability.
  • Lease Negotiations: Collaborate with store owners to secure favorable rent changes and agreements.
