JOB ROLE: Zonal Physiotherapist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Zonal Physiotherapist will be responsible to manage 03 to 04 branches of homecare
- cases.
- He/she guide the homecare physiotherapist for their cases.
- Learning and developing of new as well as existing employees.
- Ensure the training of new employees about the 1st visit protocols
- Organize meeting with patients and doctors.
- Case Discussion with the team and to develop new strategies.
- Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure patient retention
- Manage contacts and relations with customers (patients and doctors).
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Review training needs analysis conducted by case coordinators.
- Resolving complicated cases. Supervision and analysing the team.
- Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
- Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
- Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth
- Weekly case discussion and case study with team.
- Maintain the record of cash flow on daily basis and liaison with other department for cash settlement.
- Maintain, Planning and Overseeing all patient care or administrative operations and programs of the respective clinic.
- Maintain inventory record of the respective clinic
- Liaison with the team and other departments for documentation (Assessment form, feedback form, consent form, etc.)
- Oversees the workflow and maintenance of the clinic
- Coordinate with housekeeping to make sure the cleanliness of the work place.

QUALIFICATION:

- A Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

SALARY: Up to 4.20 LPA

WORKING HOURS: 09 Hours
