About the role
The Blackbaud Cyber Security team is looking for a manager to guide a group of identity engineers, administrators and analysts in support of the identity access management lifecycle and strategy. The candidate will be responsible for the daily execution of identity processes and operational support of the identity platform within established SLAs.
This is a critical role within the Cyber organization and will regularly interface company leadership and technical teams. This role must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
What you’ll do
- Manage a team of analysts, engineers and system administrators helping to move the overall program towards success, measure team performance and create staff development opportunities.
- Represent the team in meetings with other teams and departments to drive projects towards completion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure communication, partnership and understanding of the risks.
- Ensure execution/delivery of the identity lifecycle controls (provisioning, deprovisioning and account on-boarding) within established SLAs.
- Partnering with software vendors to ensure system availability and incident / outage response
- Oversight on the execution of tactical plans for a comprehensive enterprise-wide Privilege Access Management program.
- Prioritize work with internal organizations and service providers
- Partner with IAM governance team to ensure proper coverage over privilege accounts
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, and access management. systems development and management;
- 5+ years management experience
- 5 years hands on experience with leading industry standards and Architecting solutions in secrets management and privileged access management space, such as CyberArk
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern identity and access management concepts and best practices, such as privileged user accounts, least-privileged access model, segregation of duties
- Demonstrated knowledge of Privileged Access Security solution and Identity Platform solutions
- Experience in building and scaling a privilege access management program
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management, on-prem and multi-cloud
- Experience developing patterns and repeatable processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a business understandable manner
- Experience running a PAM tools, program or capability
- CISSP or related certifications
