Job Description: Instructor & Coordinator

Faculty of Medicine, Parul University


Job Summary:

Parul University is seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor & Coordinator for the

Faculty of Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination toward teaching, a

skill-based training background, and the ability to manage academic coordination

effectively. This role involves teaching, training preparation, documentation, and

coordination of faculty activities.


Key Responsibilities

 Deliver engaging and effective lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in the Faculty

of Medicine.

 Plan and execute skill-based training programs in alignment with the academic

curriculum.

 Coordinate academic activities, timetables, and communications within the department.

 Assist in the preparation of training materials, session plans, and teaching aids.

 Ensure proper documentation of training schedules, academic records, and reports.

 Facilitate student mentoring and academic support as required.

 Communicate effectively with students, faculty members, and university administration.

 Ensure compliance with university standards and academic policies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, or relevant field.

 Strong passion for teaching and student development.

 Experience in skill-based training or clinical teaching (preferred).

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong documentation and organizational skills.

 Ability to multitask and coordinate between various academic activities.


Preferred Experience

 Previous experience in academic coordination and instructional roles in a medical or

healthcare educational institute.

 Exposure to curriculum design and implementation of training programs.
