Role: Training Specialist

Location: 4th Floor, Building A 2, Near Courtyard Marriott, Sarabhai Campus, Genda Circle, Vadodara

Time: 3pm to 12 AM (Shift allowances provided as per policy)

About the Role:

  • Coordinating training programs - schedule of classes, including facilities allocation, materials and pre- and post-work communication, and post-session evaluations. Sending vendor communications, including instructor packets and onsite instructor access, rosters, onsite support coordinator invites, door signage, room set up documents.
  • Executing all tasks and duties associated with implementing assigned courses and programs. Researching and locating availability of training locations.
  • Roster processing including marking learners successful, unsuccessful and no shows as per roster sign in sheets, adjusting prices, swapping of learns, reschedule. Coordinating with Internal Vendor management team & Virtual class operations team for smooth flow of sessions Identifying problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist with resolution.
  • Assisting with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives. Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Ready to learn and take LMS responsibilities.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, as per Seniors guidance.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Coordinating and supporting end-to-end process of training programs.
