Key Responsibilities:


Architect & Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Guide & Mentor: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.

Integrate: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, applying them to enhance our solutions.

Document: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

Implementation and Deployment - Monitor the performance of the Salesforce solution post-deployment, identifying and addressing any performance issues. Continuously assess the Salesforce implementation to identify areas for improvement, optimizing processes and implementing new features as needed.


Qualifications:


Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce products, data architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design robust and scalable solutions.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects on time.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.

Proficiency in designing solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration patterns.

It鈥檚 mandatory for a Candidate to have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect

Candidates are expected to work from the Pune office directly hence applicants who are already located in Pune should apply

Having expertise in the US Mortgage process will be an added advantage.
