Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

**The role**

Our business is engaging in a transformation project for CRM for the next 3 years and to start the transition we need to learn best practices on CRM processes and define processes that match those and our business area business needs. This first phase will be around the design of the new solution and the know-how on our business processes used across all sales organizations is key to success.

This role will support our Product Manager and the rest of the management team on taking the right decisions on future business needs and developments. Once the main project of transformation is delivered (18 months) this team will continue but move on to continuously develop new functionality to our platform and bring even more value to all our CRM users.

**Your mission is to**:
Secure that the company's CRM platform is developed based on best-in-class business practices, in an agile and efficient way, enabling our sales force to sell more.
- Weighing the need of the business best practice, technical possibilities with Salesforce Sales and a view of the future should always be your guiding principle._

Examples of responsibilities in this role is to:
○ Evaluate business needs from a technical platform capability

○ Help define if the CRM is the right platform to develop the requested function

○ Advise the design tech team on directions to take and priorities

○ Keep a holistic overview of the IT landscape around CRM

○ Advice on future potential integrations

**What we expect of you**

You can translate business needs to technical requirements; to work in maximizing the technology and the business advantage. You have good understanding on industrial sales related processes. If you understand both company's customers and the different divisions, it is a plus. You have or are on your way to receiving Salesforce Architect certification and bring a good know how on this CRM platform. Past experiences in development in different programming languages, database structure, and or other CRM solutions is highly valuable to this position. You also have good written and verbal communication skills in English language.

**Location**

The location for this position could be in either Stockholm, Prague or Nantes. Other options can be evaluated.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
