Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious workplace.

- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to staff to achieve their professional goals.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and ensure continuous learning opportunities for staff.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and school policies, maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation.

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration.

- Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school objectives and legal requirements.

- HR Strategy: Work with school leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the school’s mission and goals.

- Employee Engagement: Organize staff events, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost morale and engagement.

- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by overseeing health and safety protocols and compliance.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector.

- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills:Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
