Key Responsibilities


  • Handle team of 3-4 executives handling B2B fulfillment operations
  • Coordinate with WH teams for processing orders
  • Create shipments on MP dashboards
  • Handle transportation for these shipments to MP warehouse
  • Gather demand forecast for various marketplaces (MP) and offline channels
  • Monitor inventory on across all MP warehouses
  • Work closely with Ops / S&OP / Marketplaces to ensure optimal inventory availability
  • Handle queries / issues from MP and reverse pickups
  • Any other task related to MP operations



What we look for


  • Ecommerce, Quick commerce or Retail operations experience
  • Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to manage external vendors - Logistics providers, transporters, WH operations team
  • Prior experience of handling a team of 3-4 executives 


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
  • Minimum Experience-4 years
