Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer/TL with expertise in full-stack development, focusing on .Net and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications that meet business needs.


Roles and Responsibilities.


  • Develop and maintain high-quality web/Windows applications using .Net [Preferring windows application]
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement software solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure security and data protection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development.
  • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment


Qualification & Skills

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Proficient in database management

MSSQL Strong understanding of C# programming

Language Software design and development - Competence in Object Oriented Analysis and Design

(OOAD)Knowledge in C# .NET development (Winforms)

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experienced in Agile\Scrum development process is preferred.
